The location of the property is at the top of the village with spectacular views. Access is extremely convenient with the two outdoor elevators/lifts, which access is provided with the booking. Important to review the pre check in information as they provide some key information for your arrival. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful area of Italy.

very nice place. The owner Paolo is so friendly and helpful. The location is above the town accessible by two elevators. Quiet and nice view. Coffee and cake available. Bus station to Telegrafo and hiking trail to Porto Venere 30 meters away.

Paolo was an excellent, attentive host. We loved the room, the view, and the location. With the lifts available in town, it is very easy to get up to the rooms and back down to the main street or train station. I would enthusiastically recommend this place to anybody who plans to visit Cinque Terre, and I hope to someday return.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Paolo was so helpful and attentive. We even received a welcome gift. The hotel is up the hill in a quiet area, and is easy to get to from the train station, because Riomaggiore has couple of elevators to take you up the hill.

We actually got lost getting to the property, we followed Google Maps and information at Rio Magiorre and not the instructions. Paola came and rescued us. He was so nice and charming. The property was the nicest and largest we stayed at in Italy and we had a beautiful view from our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. We received a free bottle of wine and some cakes. Our stay was amazing and I can’t recommend it enough. The only downside, we won’t be returning soon enough.

The room is nely renovated with a beautiful view and many unexpected amenities… we really loved the wine & cakes…. But also appreciated the plates & cutlery for breakfasts in, the laundry soap & drying rack and the dish soap. Paolo is an excellent, thoughtful and conscientious host. Beds comfortable and we were able to keep the room cool for a comfortable sleep. I’d say beware of hills… but there are hills everywhere so it should be expected!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also appreciated the free access to the town’s elevator, and Paolo kindly checked several times if we needed anything for the room. It felt like a very safe place to stay, with a lovely outdoor area to sit and relax.
