Rooms are clean but a bit outdated. Gym is outside of main building and key has to be checked out at front desk. Incredible views, great restaurant.

This was a very nice property, nice pool, nice breakfast, nice room and bed, nice bath and kitchen. The only thing I didn’t love was that it was on the eighth floor and the electricity went out a couple times and we had to walk all the way up by the stairs. That wasn’t very fun. Other than that risk, and the fact that we got two twin sheets on our bed once, I would highly recommend this place.

Staff very friendly and responsive. Would be good if the people from the restaurant really take care of the people, it was one hour waiting for a simple order of chicken wings and two drinks, it was terrible and end up having the order delivered to the room after two complaints. The rest of our stay was good. Thanks.

Hotel is ok. View from pool area is great. Organization in reception desk is absolutely terrible. No guest have 1 minute early check in which is ok and fair for their business. However, it turns out that all guests stay in line in lobby waiting for check in at 14:00 while reception keeps doing nothing but looking the clock to count seconds to 14:00 in very bad attitude. If you want to feel mistreated please go there and experience this.

Pool area was very unkept pool water looked dirty. Property has lots of potential with the right maintenance and up keep it would really be a great hotel. Rooms need paint and better cleaning. Bathroom grout was moldy. Again Great space and potential with better up keep. That being said, staff was great breakfast included was a plus and parking included too.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the reception. I often experience that the staff seem less than welcoming, and it is rare to be greeted with a smile or a friendly acknowledgment. Today, I had to wait 15 minutes just to receive a laundry bag, even though there was only one person ahead of me in line and two staff members present. I hope you will take this into consideration, as the service experience at the reception has a significant impact on the overall impression.

The hotel has serious issues with room cleanliness. Also the rooms are old, we had 5 rooms and 4 of them were smelly and poorly cleaned when we got them. Two of them had no hot water, the bed sheets, pillow cases and the towels had stain on them. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the view from the room and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. The pool was also dirty and the hotel facade is aged and have water stains.

Com certeza o atendimento, tive problemas no meu quarto na primeira noite o ar-condicionado antigo não estava dando vazão devido ao tamanho do quarto e por ter regulagem manual e debido altura aonde estava o aparelho tive ainda problemas para regular a temperatura. Constatado o problema a equipe do hotel, em especial "Priscila" prontamente me atendeu fazendo a troca do meu quarto. Agradeço pelo excelente atendimento!

Experiência frustante!

Esperava mais do hotel , pois o quarto não estava tão limpo , o wi-fi não funciona e um funcionário disponobizou a senha de funcionário . O chuveiro não esquenta e o mecanismo de aquecer a água estava quebrado. Não gostamos .

Tudo muito bom. Indico com certeza! Acho q a gerência deveria conversar com o pessoal da recepção, uma vez q são ZERO simpatia!! Para receber os hóspedes, os recepcionistas tem o dever/obrigação de serem simpáticos!! Qdo jovem, fui fazer uma entrevista de emprego p trabalhar na recepção de um hotel da minha cidade e nunca esqueço o q o contratante disse: "Sim, aqui vc é pago p SORRIR E SER SIMPÁTICO!" ...cada emprego tem suas peculiaridades! Funcionários do restaurante são top!

Hotel antigo que requer manutenção. Chuveiro, pia vazando. Notificamos a recepção que se prontificou a enviar uma pessoa de manutenção, mas no 1o uso os vazamentos voltaram. O hotel tambem é um residencial e esta localizado em cima de um morro ficando dependente de taxi. Não era recomendado ir ao centro caminhando. Não é um hotel de facil acesso. O cafe da manha estava bom : tinha de tudo um pouco.

A vista para o mar é linda, porém é justamente um problema. O fato de o quarto ter uma sacada para o mar faz com que tenha muito barulho de vendo, vento este que passa pelas fendas da porta causando um zunido que encomiada muito. Problema que poderia ser resolvido.

Hotel com potencial para ser bem melhor. Espaços são bons mas precisam de reforma. O quarto é espaçoso, cama excelente, água quente funcionando bem. Travesseiro pode melhorar, pois é baixo e só havia mais 01 de reserva. O atendimento foi muito bom no check-in e no out e bem rápidos. Hotel muito silencioso.
