The breakfast menu included many types of fresh food. Swimming pool on roof top sufficien size and with a nice view - only drawback was the bar menu and awful music that destroyed any chance of just relaxing at the poolside

The housekeeping staff were generally attentive. The documentation of the minibar use could be more efficient. The breakfast service needs more attention to the quality of the cooked items, and someone needs to manage the dining room. I had a dinner experience where one of the ingredients was spoiled. Luggage storage before arrival and immediately after checkout was a convenient and welcome feature as an international traveler. The rooftop sauna was out of order but the area is still worth visiting as there is a pool and great views. If you enjoy the nightlife and bar scene, the hotel is located in the Lapa neighborhood and walking distance to the restaurants and bars there.

Very good, very friendly, location it’s great, 8 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the metro to Copacabana. You Can explore a lot without wasting much on transportation, the best location for a hotel in my opinion.

Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility.

The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return.

Bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. personnel au top. Un agent de sécurité à l'accueil 24/24, rassurant. Petit déjeuner correct. Seul point négatif : Le quartier le soir est pas super top. Beaucoup de SDF et drogués. Déplacement en UBER conseillé, car très sur et pas cher.
