This property is on a high hill and the view from up there is amazing! There are lots of places to stop and overlook the entire Guayabitos Bay while drinking your morning coffee. There are two very clean swimming pools with access to BBQ pits. It was such a calm, relaxing, beautiful experience. Reccomend it 100%

Cozy with a View

The hotel is located atop a small mountain. The road to get there is very rocky and rustic and easily missed from the main road. But the view from the small balcony is well worth the bumpy trip. You see the ocean and the entire town of Rincon de Guayabitos. Hot water was great. Bed was very comfortable too. Room was small but you don't mind it. Alot of cool birds on the grounds.

We loved the location of the property. It’s up on a beautiful hill across from the main town. The cabins are awesome. However, the property is extremely dirty, trash everywhere, and the worse part is that there seems to be no trash collection in the area and the property’s management burns the trash, there are piles of trash throughout the property. A shame for such a beautiful landscape, and obviously not very environmentally focused. If, and when, they create a more environmentally conscious place to enjoy, we would be happy to stay there again.

We rent a delux bangalow? It was a cuissinette,no coffé machine,no hitchen table and chairs,no cleaning,no hot water 3 time in 2 week,no water 1 time,no towel,no sheat,no paper toilet ext I do not recomande that place.

This is a wonderful choice for people looking to really disconnect. It's peaceful, and there's a beautiful view over the sea. Rincon de Guyabitos is a lovely town and there are some fantastic beaches a short drive from the hotel. With that said, the property is a bit difficult to find. There's no signs indicating that it's a businesses, nor are there any signs on the property indicating where to go to check in. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, and the road is quite rough. We were glad we rented an SUV. Coming from Puerto Vallarta, Google maps has the pin for this property about halfway up the hill, at an unfinished house and a gate with a no trespassing sign on it, though the gate is open. Be prepared to speak Spanish or use a translation app to talk to hotel staff. Be aware that the wifi is very spotty, so if you're planning to work remotely that might be a challenge. I was able to use cell phone data for the few meetings I had, but if you're a digital nomad that might not be a great solution. Also be aware that the mattresses are hard, at least in the family cabins on the ground floor. Upstairs in the family cabin were air mattresses. Please understand that these aren't complaints, it's more of a "know before you go" statement. We're very happy with our stay. I'd like to suggest the property include a broom in the cabins since housekeeping isn't included even on longer stays. I'd also like to suggest they add signs to help visitors find the right place.

Las habitaciones y el Lugar están muy bellas muy rústicas y limpias , las sábanas de las camas una nos tocó manchada, yo estuve en la cabaña de 8 personas y tiene una vista hermosa , las albercas también tienen una vista muy linda , tiene un mirador que está súper lindo , el personal muy amable ! La entrada hacia el lugar está un poco empinado ! Tal vez si rayara las zonas más empinadas estaría mejor, pero aún así subimos en una tiguan sin problema! La cabaña tenía lo básico para la cocina , tiene gas y agua caliente, una alberca con chapoteadero está climatizada !! Sin duda yo si regreso !

Por lo general no me gusta dar malas reseñas de los sitios que visito pero hay cosas que mejorar la habitación tenía un olor raro y el aseo de la habitación no se hizo ningún día de los 2 que reserve ni se cambió toallas ni colchas no tenía televisión apesar que en habitaciónes de menor valor de pago si tenían es verdad que el precio es bajo pero creo que el servicio al cliente tiene que mejorar igualmente la entrada si está un poco complicado por la subida y falta de pavimento y de noche por poca iluminación la alberca climatizada bien y las vistas muy padres del mar.
