"What a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and considerate. I was a little disappointed with the view from our suite as we couldn't see anything but a corridor. The other downside was that the room only had green tea and earl grey teabags in the room and we had to ask for English teabags the following morning. All in all we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay."
