"Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me."

"This hotel was just fine for an overnight stay while traveling. As other reviewers have said, the place is a bit dated. It could do with some updating and some deep cleaning of the bathrooms (where there seemed to be some dirt in the corners and mold that could have been removed with close cleaning). We appreciated that the double rooms had queen beds. The beds were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The price was reasonable and I would be fine staying here again."

"My family and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The price was very economical and close to downtown Cleveland where we needed to be for an event. They have a HUGE heated indoor pool that my kids absolutely loved.
