"Staff was friendly and helpful. One bed had stained sheets with body hair, staff did provide clean sheetsbon request. Carpet was dirty with debris that would easily be picked up by a vacuum, bathroom floor was not clean. Beds were actually comfortable. We got the rest we needed, at the price per night I'd say we got what we paid for."

"The bedding was dirty and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was very dusty and so was the microwave. Also, this is my second time visiting Lancaster and the 2 times I've gone the pool is always covered. When checking out they made us wait for them to check the rooms, probably thinking we had stolen something, just because we weren't Americans, because some of my friends also stayed there and at no time did they make the process as difficult for them as they did for my family. Not to mention...
