"The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. It smelled like pot smoke but the staff insisted it was not. Depending upon who you got, the staff could be either helpful or not. The older man was not friendly or helpful at all. "DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

"The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved."

"The room smelled like mildew and marijuana even though i purchased a nonsmoking room. When i got into the bed at the end of the night i discovered the bed was broken, it was falling In. I went to front desk and informed him and was told i needed to speak with the manager and the manager doesnt get in until 7AM. So basically we had to sleep on a broken bed. Then when i went to talk to the Manager he was extremely nasty to me for no reason and told me if i keep talking he will not come check out...
