"The outlets and bedside lamps in the room did not work and they made me wait until the next day to change the room. They gave my husband light bulbs and told him to try changing them. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The place smelled terrible. They refused to refund my reservation. Will never stay here again. If I could give them a 0 I would."

"The room was dirty, the property was not a hotel it was a weekly. Very ran down. Knob on tub was broken and no housekeeping. No clean face towels. Had to buy some."

"The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible.
