"The TV didn't work even though they came and got it going 3 times. The streaming didnt work at all and live TV didn't have any local channels and almost all channels constantly pixelated. I found the hotel to be very noisy. The ice machine was out of order for most of my stay. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room. The breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch and the food was quite good."

"First of all we asked for a room on 1st floor upon arrival because my husband has verdrigo and they gave us a suite. We didnt need a suite so we had to pay an extra $40. We get our room and shower curtain was down and rod was broken. They put the curtain on rod but the curtain would slide making it difficult when we showered. "The hotel is a bit outdated you can definitely tell. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall it wasn’t my best experience. The pillows were extremely soft and would completely deflate, which made it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if it was the bed or the pillows, but I didn’t get much rest. You can also hear noise from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and there was a noticeable chlorine smell when showering. "Property and rooms can use updating. Elevator was sketchy with no lighting, bed was very worn and AC unit made very annoying sounds. "

"They had no rooms available by the time I arrived, even when the app confirmed me booked!! They said platforms usually overbook with no real time information."

"Paid for 2 rooms with kitchenettes because I was on vacation with 5 kids & didn’t want to eat out the entire time. 1 of the rooms the fridge didn’t work & the stoves didn’t get hot enough to cook. They also had a trash room by one of my rooms & it smelt so bad & carpet was dirty by it. There was a few roaches as well. Staff has good customer service "
