"Room was not cleaned even when we were told they would be back. Blow dryer and phone were broken. Room next to elevator could not sleep due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. AC was not working properly. Continental breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Not much selection Pool area was unattended so there were about 20 unsupervised kids which kept diving in small shallow pool at one point about 15 of them ran and jumped in together which was not only dangerous for us in there but the unsupervised kids."

"Beach front with lots of amenities. The only issue was parking spaces, but great option to stay."

"The room is a little bit dated, and needs to be renovated. Staffs are friendly and useful."

"The toilet was not flushing, the facility air was out through out the bottom floor, seems like anyone can just park and use the pool areas, no one checking if your a guest at the Hotel or not.. they told us when we checked in about a wrist band ,we had to have it on because they were gone be checking if you had on .. seemed like no one had one on..who knows if they were truly a guest or not, cops were called for an Argument between parents at the pool, and no one was checking at pool side if you were a guest to use anemeties.. anyone can just walk in thru the beach access"

"Dirty room pee stains everywhere. Unhygienic. Stains on sheets. Pee smell everywhere. This is the worst place I have stayed in the past 3 years. Pictures are misleading "

"The jacuzzi in the room water was slow filling the tub and no hand rails for elderly persons to get out. The rest of stay was excellant."
