"An old building in need of several maintenance issues. Very noisy, walls and flooring were thin, could hear all noises at 3:00 am, especially like moving furniture on the above floor. Bathroom exhaust vent very rusty, bath curtain rod loose, would not hold curtain to the side and the bathtub spout barely hanging onto wall. Would not recommend to anyone."
