"Property was poorly lit. Room cards were not working properly even after letting staff know. Back side door was always propped with a rock to keep the door open for either staff convenience or guest convenience. This makes the property unsafe because anyone can enter the area who doesn’t belong there. Very unsatisfactory in my opinion. "

"Breakfast was a little burnt and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to acknowledge anyone in the room when we got food. The room we were in was amazing and very clean. The housekeepers were amazing especially when it came to asking for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and amenities. The front desk people however were rude and kept making snide comments about the guests having dogs and how we were wasting their time because our dog would have probably ruined the room.. The parking was alright a little tight but can’t help that none. The pool was good other than it isn’t heated and the hot tub broke down during our stay"

"The staff was awesome and super helpful. The facility itself was a little meh. The temperature in my room fluctuated between too cold and too hot, my room was not cleaned until Monday (I checked in on Saturday), the one day I had breakfast it was cold and the coffee was nasty, and the whole place felt generally a little dingy. Like I say, though, the desk staff was great but I likely would not go back."

"Complementary drink upon arrival is a nice touch, and the bar has decent options. Breakfast was good, with non-hot options. Charging exists for electric vehicles as a bonus. The staff were over the top helpful and talkative. The games in the bar area are a great place to kill some time."
