Reception staff not the most friendly, also the breakfast staff looked terribly overworked (seemed like they were understaffed).
Rooms decent and functional, no way to regulate temperature in room so taking points off for that - if you are cold no extra blanket to be found.
Little fridge and coffee maker, which is good.
Spa is decent, the pool and jacuzzi - CAREFUL they make a bath hat mandatory which...
