"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The halls and grounds are pretty beat up. Food in the bathroom was good but they have weird hours. Staff was great!"

The staff was more than accommodating. They were so attentive to every need for food, site seeing etc,. I would be excited to make this my stay in York...

"When we arrived, we can't find a single person at the desk. I been look around and yell hello, hello, no one come. I call the front desk number 2 times then a man appear. The wall is very thin. We can hear people talking from the next room clearly. The breakfast area is too small not much of seat for the guests in that morning. The breakfast not much of an option. Everything else are great the room were clean and roomy."

"Everything was broken in this hotel. Elevators. Computers in the computer room. Phone in our room. Shower heads running water both from the top and bottom at the same time. I ordered the suite and the description and the photos on Expedia was inaccurate so we had to move to another room."
