Heat by unit in room was old and very noisy. Unable to keep running all night bc it was so loud. Hallway noises were very loud and not being able to keep the heating unit running made the noises very noticeable. Room Was clean, bed was comfortable and clean. Newly painted wall made it look nice.

People were awesome, but ordered a smoking room and they over booked them we got a non smoking room, there is also a homeless population living there, but never felt unsafe. Our room was recently updated the king bed was awesome. There were also roaches we saw three roaches during out stay.

The staff was nice the place is almost like a motel. That's the vibe it gives. Pretty dirty and it didn't seem like they changed the sheets. Also, I saw a roach in the bathroom!

The first room that I got the TV didn't work. But she put me in another room that was cleaning and better. I didn't like the dog smell. The animal smells in the hallways but overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was a bit run down. The non smoking halls smelled of stale smoke. The room was nice enough, just dated. The staff was kind and the price with my points was perfect. Give and take!

Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. When entering our room (which was non-smoking), the room smelled of smoke, presumably from outdoors. In the middle of the night we had bugs in our room. When we mentioned to the front desk the next morning, the only offer was to clean the room as the hotel was completely booked for the weekend. No issues the 2nd night of our stay. The stay was definitely not worth what we had ended up paying to stay there, but there were very limited options. Would be a decent place to stay with a major renovation.

Staff was wonderful. There was roaches in our room when we got there, we switched rooms, yet again there were roaches. Each hall way somehow had its own unique, disgusting smell.

The property is undergoing some updates and repairs. The room we stayed in was clean, but the bathroom counter was stained and had no ventilation. Pool looked nice, but overlooks the highway. Great for an affordable place to spend the night if you're not too picky.

We have been staying here for a couple months now until our house is ready and I can't complain we been in the same room since we got here and get daily housekeeping. Laundry room needs an update and upgrade badly

I was comfortable with my room, prices are decent. My privacy and 4th amendment was violated however, and for some reason a manager will not contact me considering ive asked 3 times already. I am still at this hotel and would like to discuss this matter asap please and thank you.

You get what you pay for I guess. Won't stay here

Very old, delapidated motel. Clean enough until I saw a roach in the room our last day there. No housekeeping. Had to plunge my own toilet. Noisy. Animals in a lot of rooms. Lots of poop left around. Suspect this is a location used for short term emergency housing for people down on their luck. Only great thing was its location!!

We stayed in a clean and somewhat recently updated room with a good tv and comfy beds. Our room was clean and the fridge worked well. Lots of towels. The pool was very clean and the pool area was nice to sit at with a nice set of table/chairs. The hallways were smelly and dirty. The hallway carpets were disgusting. The room had no carpet which was great. The room smelled somewhat smoky, so we got lucky, really because once you left the room the place was smokey and stinky. Door to access the hotel didn't/couldn't lock, so anyone could have came in. We stayed for 1 night (concert at The Exposition Centre) so we only spent about 6 hours total in the hotel. Basically just slept there. Would I stay again is the question: yes with a bunch of guys on a bike trip or going to a concert. It's cheap but dirty, and I would feel unsafe if I was a female or if I wasn't 6'5 and 225 pounds

That was the worst place I stayed at , garbage outside, the halls smelled really bad, towels were stained, wash cloth was stained, bed sheets was dirty we slept on top of covers, bath tub had dirty water laying in it and toilet inside wasn’t cleaned the furniture was so dusty you could write your name on it , we only stayed cuz it was one night and we didn’t know our way around the area but I will never stay there again! The staff was very nice though

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, great experience from check in. I was moved from a 2 queen bed room to a single king bed room, which wasnt a huge deal. The cleanliness and the "smell" was ungodly...stains on the bed sheets and pillow cases, smelled like rotten garbage, not my favorite part of the stay. Was also given a receipt for $49 when I was charhed $63.

This is barely a hotel, I'd definitely say it's closer to a motel. Thank god we got a discount here because the prices on their website are ridiculous for what you get. Half of it is redone and while it looks nice you can tell its cheap. The other half looks dated, smells awful, and has stains all over the walls and carpet. The check in area was particularly disgusting. We stayed in renovated area but had water problems the whole time and the free wifi that they advertise did not reach our room. I will say the staff was very nice and accommodating when we lost water in our first room. But at one point we asked for an extra blanket, because the comforter they provide was very thin and there were no extra blankets or pillows in the room, and they said that's not soemthing they do and couldn't give us an extra. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to someone else.
