"Excellent staff but with hockey season there is a lot of children who not only take over the entire pool but the hot tub also. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and the parents were in there just drinking while the children ran rampant. During these times this hotel really needs a pool supervisor just to monitor that area and keep it clean and safe. "

"Maintenance repaired the faucet without my reporting it. Maybe the previous guest or housekeeping reported it before I checked in. I didn't expect housekeeping but they removed trash. - used towels and replaced them on day one. Excellent."
