"This is a great hotel in Knoxville. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They do have a dress code at the rooftop bar, which seemed odd becuase to get to the pool you have to walk through this area where staff members remind you of the dress code. There is no other way to get to the pool."

"The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything....

"The Drury chain of hotels have always impressed us when traveling. This property was clean, well maintained, and the staff all are genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast and the evening cocktail and dinner amenity is one of the reasons we continuously stay at these hotels, and this one did not disappoint. Kudos to the staff at this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back."

"Amazing fantasy theme village with rooms that carried the theme all the way down to the stone floors and pottery coffee mugs. Beautiful, well maintained grounds with a pond and walking trails. We enjoyed visiting with other travelers around the fire pit in the evening. We would love to stay again!"

"I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO CONFIRM OUR REQUEST FOR 2 BEDS. I CALLED AND THE WOMAN CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD GET. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 1 PM THE WOMEN AT THE DESK SAID THE ROOM WAS NOT READY. WE UNDERSTOOD THIS BUT WANTED TO PAY FOR IT IN ADVANCE AS WE HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE THE ROOM WAS READY TO GO TO UT'S GRADUATION. SHE SAID THIS WAS NOT ALLOWED, WHEN WE RETURNED, THE MAN AT THE DESK SAID THERE WERE NO MORE ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS AVAILABLE. HE SAID OUR CONFIRMATION WAS FROM...

"This hotel accepted our dogs with a single dog fee to cover all. The hotel room was clean - with a "wood" floor, which I much prefer over carpeted. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was varied with many things to choose from, including eggs, sausages and pancakes. Very nice facility."
