I had to call police and they called the police as well, and asked me to leave or be arrested for trespassing. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL group of individuals. No manager on duty and they will give you an email to address issues instead of providing a phone number or any information to address any misunderstandings or issues. They have hidden policies that they won't provide...

"This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. "

"Filthy, disgusting place. This is a slum motel with mold, broken faucets, torn up walls and dog chewed siding. Cigarette burns on the bedspreads, I have a bunch of pictures to back this up."

"The room was old, dirty, and full of broken amenities. Brown marks on the walls, dirty marks on the bed sheet, hair on the towels, broken drawers, TV didn’t work, light fixtures with broken bulbs.. about all that worked was the shower and the toilet. We had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and the people next door to us were definitely smoking in their non smoking room, but the staff didn’t do anything about it."
