"SHOWER was great, good water pressure. Pillows were good. Had continuous problem with door lock. Had to get new cards twice. One never worked. They even changed the door lock and problem was not resolved. Overall experience was good made up for door locks with helpful staff."

"I give it one star because I can’t give it 0. There were mouse droppings in my bathroom. Called the front desk and no answer. Expedia called the front desk and no answer. The day I checked out I told the lady in the front desk and she said the manager would call me and nothing. I messaged the property through the Expedia app and nothing again. "I enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn. I was on the second floor, with a poolside view, and it was quiet and comfortable. It was easy to get down to the fitness room, which offered some cardio and a few weights; and the buffet breakfast was typical for a hotel, yet they kept it warm and well stocked. I never used the pool, but saw a few people in it during my stay. The room was clean each evening I returned. I don't ask for much, yet got sufficient."
