"Nice and clean property with helpful staff. There is also a strip mall next to the hotel with useful services such as fitness center, salon, total wine, barber shop etc"

"Terrible place. As we walk into the lobby the heavy smell of marijuana hit us on the face and followed us all the way to the 4th floor. We had to switched rooms because the a/c didn't work. The kitchenette was completely bare, not even a spoon. Then in the way back from Walmart, we see 3 police vehicles at the front entrance, one cop went inside the building, another one taking an stament front a woman. The next morning the stinch of marijuana on the halls still was there. Needless to say we checked out."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but I most want to recognize Christy Carter the gracious and friendly front desk clerk. In a very tactful way she recommended us using a different form of transportation to use while going into DC for sightseeing. Driving in DC can be challenging and parking is expensive and scarce. Thank you Christy Carter. I appreciate your help and honesty."
