"We didn’t eat here because we didn’t know they stopped serving at 9am. The sign in the elevator said all day but that wasn’t true. The guy that checked us in barely spoke and didn’t greet us but the young lady that checked us out was super helpful and very nice."

"The staff was nice checking us in, floors were dirty when we checked into our room and found a hair in one of our “CLEAN” towels. Comforter also had weird markings/stains on it?? Wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Hotel was outdated and in need of many repairs and a good cleaning. Bed linens and towels were clean but the lampshades, walls, etc were dirty and the outlet was half broken on the wall. Only given one small bar of soap for both hands and shower. Had to ask for additional. Mini fridge door wouldn’t close until we took the drink holder out of it. Hallways constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. Would probably not stay again. "

"Such small and thin blankets for a queen bed. Not at all sufficient for two people. A lot of smell (not cigarettes) even if it’s a non-smoking room. "

"Brd was terrible. Silverware in drawer were dirty. Didn't know the we were required to unload dishwasher before we used any utensils. Thought that was housekeeping job. We have stayed here before 2020 and things were great. That's why we choose this hotel again but not anymore "

"Our stay at the Best Western was okay, but it didn’t feel worth the price compared to other hotels on our trip. When we arrived, the outside smelled strongly like rotten fish because of a blossoming tree, which wasn’t a great first impression. The room was clean but dated, with scuffed walls and some peeling paint, and the breakfast was mediocre. Checkout was handled through a virtual attendant on a screen, which caused long wait times. Considering this was the most expensive hotel we stayed at (almost $200 a night), it was disappointing, especially since the cheapest hotel on our trip ($60/night) offered much better breakfast and customer service. The pool was also closed during our stay so amenities were lacking. "
