This review begins with my disappointment with your app. As I was booking my stay, the app said I was to receive a $150 credit on my stay. However, when I called the bank, the total amount of my stay had been charged to my account. As for the rooms, there is always something undesirable — a shower and not a tub, a room with a noisy heating system, etc. The hotel staff I found to be exceptionally courteous and pleasant. Breakfasts are well above par for budget hotels. The convenience items were also exceptional, Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
