"Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was a challenge. Waitstaff was inexperienced and everything including take out of a muffin took a long time. Food was good, but I wouldn't say breakfast is included. They give you a continental breakfast or a $6 credit."

"At check-in they try to talk you into a sales presentation, but at least they will take no for an answer after a couple of attempts. But they also make good recommendations on trails in the area. Their restaurant recommendations are from a partner list, use Yelp instead. The resort is very spread out. I was in bldg 25 which was a great location. There was a hot tub next to the building that had a great view. And parking was better than a lot of the rest of the resort."

"Would have liked earlier breakfast hours. Please remove the plastic flowers at front entrance. It gives the impression of being cheap and they look tacky. The resort is not tacky but first impressions are important and they are the first thing I noticed when I pulled in the entrance. Otherwise everything else was beautiful. Use the natural vegetation."

"The only negative this is they just have a made to order, sit down restaurant, which you pay for. Nice to have a faster (and free) buffet like most other hotels. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay. "

"Nice hotel, right across the street from one of the free shuttle locations, which is ideal considering that parking at Sedona trailhelds is extremely difficult. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. "

"The Views Inn in Sedona is a hidden gem. We were greeted by Dilip with a warm welcome. The location of this beautiful property was perfect for our Sedona stay. After a long drive the pool and hot tub was perfect and immaculately clean, as was our room. A special shout out to Raja for the extra effort he made to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks for making our first visit to Sedona one for the best experience. I highly recommend the Views Inn."

"The staff is super personable and helpful. Loved checking in with Val and chatting about sites nearby to explore during our stay. Parking was a little tight, but that’s more on the other guests than Kokopelli Inn itself. Maybe room-assigned parking would help with that? Lastly, I didn’t realize we had to specifically request house-keeping. We stayed 2 nights - our beds were nicely made and our towels freshly stocked on the first night. But on our second night we were surprised to see no one...

"My friend and I stayed at the Dreamcatcher Inn during Easter weekend. While majority of our stay was average, it was not spectacular like we hoped. First, I want to talk about the room. Our booking was misleading. When the initial booking was made, I was under the impression that the room would have a view, especially since the room was listed as a “Panoramic Two Queens View”. The room that we were provided was on the 1st floor and gave a view of the parking lot and the check-in building....
