"The only complaint is that the TV did not work correctly, but we didn't go there to watch TV so it was not really an issue. The front desk staff did what they could to help with that problem. All of the staff from the front desk, dining staff, and housekeeping were all very pleasant and helpful. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were very comfortable. "On night one in a two bed room with two guest there was only one bath towel, an extra towel was requested and was promised only for there not to be any new towel. By night two not only was there still no new towel, the room had also not been turned over even after requesting and when an extra towel was requested once more staff told us they were out of towels and to just use the hand towel. The A/C could have also been cooler."

"did not like that I found hair in the shower, and there were not enough towels. I called the front desk to ask for more towels for my children, and they told me they would send them right away, but more than an hour passed and nothing arrived. I called again, and they told me I had to go pick them up at the front desk. I definitely will not return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned every two days, one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase, and our experience was not good."

"Initially my microwave and television wasn’t working. When attempting to call the front desk (both the night of and morning after) there was no answer. When at breakfast, I mentioned it, I reminded when leaving for the day and he requested they access the room while I’m way. That made me uncomfortable, but I angreed and it was fixed."
