She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. "I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. "The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. "No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. "
