Simple, clean and quiet. Right on the beach with swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in the shallow lagoon directly in front of the property. Walking distance to lots of Muri restaurants, shops and activities. Round the island bus stops nearby. Perfect location off the main road!

Loved this property with a deck, and right on the beach. Very friendly hosts. Deck caiirs and complementary kayaks were a bonus. Very private offcroad property. Great value for money and walking dustance to a choice of eateries ❤️

Very tidy, everything you need. Very private, it's your iwn bungalow. Sure there are others around but still quite private. It is literally on the beach!! 10-20 metre walk! Can't beat it! It is older, the bed is very soft. No TV, I didn't mind that at all! I actually appreciated that fact. No WiFi, again, I appreciated that.

The property is dated. The Villa was clean and had all the basics that you need for your stay. I couldn't see where the laundry was so I washed by hand. When I eventually got in contact with the owner, she was very pleasant and accommodating.

The property is exactly as it said on the box! It is a comfortable basic accomadation right on the beach front. Communication was a bit ropey initially but this was due to internet connection issues (which we are also currently dealing with!). Once the issues were fixed the communcation was awesome. My only negative comment would be that there is no road sign for the property and it took a while to find it. It is on google maps but there are a number of small driveways in the area and we did enter the odd wrong one. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Great location on muri beach, my partner and i loved putting the kayaks the owner had available for free to use! Spent most days looking out at the beach, snorkelling and enjoying the place. Tiana’s beach has the essentials and doesn’t over do it. Wish we had some more towels and or linen but it was no big deal and we had a great time.

Basic, it is not a resort but everything you need - beach, fridge, fan, shower. Kitchen/lounge area comfortable. Turn down the drive between the Bahai and next church). Hope to go back as great place.

While the bungalow was basic, it was a seperate cottage, large and very comfortable and our verandah was just 15 meters across the beach to the beautiful lagoon. Were a retired couple and it was perfect for us as we did not want to stay at a crowded impersonal resort. I loved using the kayak to go out into the lagoon and around the small island that is part of the lagoon. I wish I had taken a mask and flippers to swim in the lagoon and see the many turtles that live there.

Anna was very good host, it was difficult to get in touch with due to issues with mobile phones and Wi-Fi in CI. Place had been closed due to COVID so needs a big clean/overhaul… but they are doing great job- fresh fruit and fluffy towels!

Superb location, quiet but close to everything

Fantastic friendly owner and staff. Incredible location, just a few meters from our balcony to the water. Lots of kayaks available for exploring the lagoon and it's beautiful islands. Easy beach walk of about 5 minutes to Muri shops, cafe's, restaurants & night market. Our villa had everything we needed, a nice big fridge, full oven and gas hobs for cooking, fresh fruit and cold water waiting for us on our arrival. Thank you Jeff. Just a perfect stay

A basic hideaway on a beautiful beach, fabulous location. If not expecting anything flash, this is for you. Get to experience waking with Roosters and barking dogs at times, but all part of Rarotonga experience. Feel like a local. Kitchen pots pans could be renewed.

It is absolutely nice place to stay in Thianas Beach . the only thing is to take a flashlight with you for evening movement, a certain part of the central road without lighting, so as not to miss your turn to the bungalow
