We received a lovely welcome at the hotel and it's one of the best we've stayed in. Comfortable room, well appointed and the restaurant served great breakfast and dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. This hotel is also in a great location.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul petit bémol est sur la propreté du sol de la chambre qui visiblement venait d'être refaite à neuf et le sol était poussiéreux à cause des travaux. Excellent séjour, de plus le personnel de l'accueil parlait très bien français !

We spent eight beautiful days in Rapalo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional at all times room was beautifully decorated and met our expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and couldn’t say enough about the staff. Dinner was just OK at the restaurant. A bit overpriced for what we were served overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel boutique, nos encantó la amabilidad de su personal. Con vista al mar con restaurantes deliciosos alrededor y puedes tomar el ferry para ir a Portofino a 3 minutos del hotel. Maravilloso lugar, tuvimos una vista espectacular desde nuestra habitación. La comida deliciosa. Cuando llegamos había música en el lobby que nos hizo sentir súper alegres y te hacen sentir un invitado especial con todas sus atenciones.

The staff was lovely, attentive and helpful. The property is only a few minute walk from the train station. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful treat with meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, juices, espresso, yogurt, baked bread and baking. The location was great right on the sea, the restaurant and tables open out in to the cute street on the water. Many options for restaurants on the street and a cute street a block behind with many more local traditional options. Great town to stay in to access other local areas.

Il soggiorno è stato molto buono, camera con vista mare nelle tre posizioni. L’hotel come posizione è ottimo, solo sono mal organizzati e la sala sia per la colazione che per mangiare e molto piccolo per il n* di appartamenti. Per il resto il personale ( minimo) ha cercato di dare il massimo.

Strandudsigt og fantastisk beliggenhed

Vi havde to fantastiske overnatninger på Rosabianca i Rapallo. Hotellet ligger fantastisk placeret ud til den smukkeste, badevenlige strandkant og den flotte promenade i byen. Vi startede opholdet med et glas velkomst-prosecco, og nød godt af deres gode morgenmad mens udsigten gav det sidste. Eneste minus var den manglende mulighed for at låne håndklæder til stranden, som havde hjulpet lidt.

View of the sea, beach and restaurants/people from the living room and balcony was amazing! Suite was nice and clean and modern. (TV in the bedroom did not connect to the internet and the regular channels. A minor inconvenience.) We watered the plant on the small balcony.
