The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. "I had pre-booked, so check-in was a breeze. The lobby and public areas are clean and modern. The well maintained pool area was a favorite of the kids. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. All this was possible because of the incredible staff at this Comfort Inn. "

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"
