"Arc the Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just minutes away from Parliament Hill, the O-Train (Parliament Station), Byward Market, the Rideau Centre, and City Hall. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I particularly enjoyed the lobby detox water (infused with lemon and lime) that was available in the lobby. My hotel room was adequate, although the air conditioner was a little loud. The bathroom was very clean, but the water at the sink had the tendency to splash...

"The room was fantastic...very roomy with a good view. The location pretty good. We had to do laundry while there, and the condition of laundry room was pretty poor. Great exercise room. Did not have a great check-in experience and had to call the manager as one of their desk staff refused to acknowledge my problem. When we arrived, however, the gentleman who greeted us was absolutely fantastic....got us into the parking garage, met us there to get our luggage, and stored it for us until our room...

"Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Parkikg was not bad just across the street at the CF rideau center the hotel does not offer parking. Make sure you use the underground parking its much safer and they lock the doors at night. Area is so convenient to walk everywhere, you are at the heart of down town. At times can get a little sketchy with the homeless and people with dependency issues but no fault of the hotel and theyre pretty harmless. "
