"We had an amazing stay at this resort. We stayed for a week which in my opinion is perfect. I found all the food to be amazing, there is something for everyone to eat here. There is options for food almost 24 hours a day at this resort. All the bars and bartenders were awesome our entire stay. The à la carte restaurants were awesome especially the Italian restaurant. The room was bigger than expected for a junior suite and was very clean. The pool and beach were amazing. The beach doesn’t have the crystal clear water as in punta Cana so if you’re basing your trip off of that this may not be the resort for you. However, the beach is still very very nice. We spent half of our time here at the beach regardless. 24hr front desk service. Buffet times were 7-10:30am, 1-3pm , and 6:30-10pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach restaurant buffet was is open from 10am-6pm. The late night snack shack open from 10:30pm -6am"

"Staff were incredible so this review is not on them. There has not been enough investment in amenities and systems in this resort. While we were there we had no working tv the entire time, our bathtub did not work, and we were not able to make reservations for restaurants until we arrived. This meant that we were not able to get reservations for several of the nights we were there. When we went to leave the resort we were told that in order to call an uber we would need to pay a taxi to take us to the front gate (which was over a mile from where the resort is on the property) and they couldn’t take us in the shuttle they have because it is against policy. It made us feel like we were trapped on the property. We normally like to explore nearby towns but this made it feel impossible so we didn’t get to see any of the surrounding areas"
