"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Emotions, their staff are incredible and very hard working people. But I didn’t like the room, the bathroom had no door and the toilet’s door didn’t have a lock. Everything was very small, you could barely fit inside the toilet. I didn’t like that the shower glass door had no privacy and was completely see through. The AC unit was not a central air. "Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
