I was also charged a $150 pet cleaning fee for our house-trained 12 lb dog, despite the room being noticeably dusty and well-used upon arrival. The outdoor trash bin was already about two-thirds full, leaving very little space for our trash during the stay. Additionally, I was charged a one-night fee to modify a reservation that I changed within 2 hours of booking. Neither Expedia nor the resort has been able to clearly resolve or take ownership of this issue. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, but the gun range staff was rude and disrespectful, which negatively impacted the experience."
