Room was very clean, and the amenities in the bathroom were great! Downside were the mushy pillows and hard bed. In my room, the fridge was not cooling. Staff was super friendly

The cleanliness of the rooms and amazing staff were great. And the beds were amazing, great sleep. The rooms and design of the hotel were just horrible. It felt like an upscale Motel8. Even the TV had constant adds running the entire time for the hotel. Room where sparse with little to no color, and the blinds had no instructions on how to operate.

Main issue was not receiving a cleaning and running out of soap after one use. I would think housekeeping would have stopped by to clean and before arriving restocking soap. No welcome on the TV like all prior Tru stays. Breakfast was the same as prior Tru stays which was good. Wish water bottles were in the room though.

Comfortable and clean. Breakfast nice touch. Room really tiny. No golf channel, very few tv channels. AC is turned down by you at night so it’s too warm sleeping. Fitness center is a joke. Had to sign up at Pf. For $200 a night it’s not worth the money :)
