We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!! "The hotel was very good and the staff was wonderful as they were knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was also good. The only negatives were that the TV never worked, the Internet was very poor at best, and the rooms were simply too small. The worst part was the toilet area which was so small one felt claustrophobic."
