I never think the hotel will be that great to when I walking In there the hotel is super beautiful and is great staff is great and friendly is a small hotel not that crowded is great compare to others hotel I stay there I will go back when I go back to that city you will like to take pictures everywhere is close to everything breakfast was great coffee and everything Oscar was a great person greeting us and friendly we went for for 3 nights but decided to stay another night to relax . Great place I will recommend it to everyone family or single or couples .

If you’re not into rustic-like stays, move on. The place offers great location WiFi, excellent full breakfast, lovely outdoor sitting area and a helpful, lovely staff. It is three blocks from the historic central area where you can find dining, shopping, bakeries, bars, money exchange and more. It is noisy from outside traffic but nothing a good pair of ear-plugs can’t handle. It has a lot of potential with many needed upgrades but for the money, location and staff; it is a good option for the adventurous soul. Linens and pillows need to be replaced though the mattress was very comfortable. Again, with some needed upgrades this place could be a real gem!

Great Spot in Xela

Absolutely lovely hotel very near the city center! I was only here 1 night but it was perfect and would have been very happy to have been able to stay longer. The room was huge, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower worked well, the outdoor space was great - I couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is not a hotel is a trap! Son not book this place there are only 2 rooms and is dirty! The bed sheets are not changed at all. This is not a hotel is a house please remove this post Expedia. They had stolen our suitcases we had to call the police and open a demand it was awful the worse experience we ever had. They are not a hotel they are not registered in the city as a Hotel nor have regulations. Please be careful with these people they are scammers.

I Che led in around 1:58 check in time was 2pm. The receptionist had no idea I was coming and had me wait for her to clean the room. I left to explore the city and when I came back there was no light and no one to be found in the property, tonight is night 2 and there was no light or power and no one is at the property. I tried to contact the owner and no one is answering the phone

Leider entsprach das Zimmer nicht der Beschreibung auf Hotels.com, sprich es gab keine Badewanne o im Zimmer bei der Junior Suite:-(. Habe dieses Hotel nur deshalb gebucht und freute mich riesig darauf, die Enttäuschung war dementsprechend gross. Leider abends auch entweder gar kein Wasser oder nur kalt, was bei den Temperaturen (im Zimmer nachts um die 10-12 Grad) auch nicht so toll war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer wie abgebildet. Toller Vintage-Look und das Bett super bequem. Auch das Frühstück war fantastisch und sehr reichhaltig. Lage eigentlich top, nur dass man das Gefühl hatte, der Chickenbus fährt ins Zimmer wenn er vorbeiratterte und alles wackelte
