Bel Hôtel mais bien trop près de la route

Bel hôtel mais très près de la route. Chambre bien décorée. Mais on entendait tout depuisla salle de bains. Impression de prendre la douche avec son voisin. Et Sans compter Le passage toute la nuit de gros camions faisant un bruit pas possible. Concernant les saunas et massages au Spa : bien. Le seul bémol : peu d'explications pour nous indiquer la marche à suivre et globalement peu d'attentions à notre égard (une petite serviette nous a été donnee au lieu d'un peignoir. Gênant pour déambuler mouillés au milieu des clients présents qui eux en avaient un!!)

Nice relaxing spot in the mountains

Beautiful hotel with rooms that have a jacuzzi or a sauna in them (most of them anyways.) The restaurant is also good and the prices are decent. There is also a spa and I got a massage there but it was disappointing (I’m a massage therapist, massage was like from someone who went to one month of massage school.) Front desk is helpful with taxis but they don’t speak English. Waiters are attentive and staff will call you by your name if you stay long enough. Beds are super comfortable.

Beautiful, beautiful setting, which made the experience as pleasant as it was. At check-in we were told that we'd need to change rooms the next day (we were only there for 2 nights). We said we didn't want that, so were given the same room for the two days, but it didn't have the jetted tub we had received. We set the garbage can outside the door and hung the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but found cleaning staff in the room upon returning from a walk. Staff were very pleasant, generally, and the sauna and massages we arranged were restorative. The meals were tasty and the cream of asparagus soup was delicious; however, it would've been nice to have had more vegetarian choices. Conversation and sounds from the rooms on either side of us could be pretty easily heard. It was nice and quiet overnight, which allowed for a peaceful sleep. The bed was comfortable and the television worked well. Internet was difficult sometimes. The room was a bit too dim for us, despite the window and ceiling lights. As I said, though, the beautiful grounds and the mountains directly across from Las Cumbres were worth the trip.

Un excelente lugar para relajarse, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas. Hermoso paisaje y restaurante con variedad de platillos. Recomiendo reservar con tiempo habitaciones con tina de hidromasaje ya que son muy solicitadas. Personal de recepción muy atento.
