Absolutely beautiful building. A real luxury to stay here. My husband and I spent quite a bit on time om site even though we generally like adventure because it was so relaxing and clean. The hotel administration and staff went beyond in service and welcome

Great location. Immaculate facilities. Helpful staff, very welcoming. Large clean room, comfortable, quality bathroom amenities and toiletries. Amazing breakfast menu. Brand new gym. Check the Americano breakfast, best I had anywhere I travelled in the last 10 years. Try their Quetzaltenango coffee.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Xela! Would recommend to anyone. Meals were delicious. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was very accommodating.

Overall service was excellent, staff was friendly, breakfast extraordinary! Rooms were comfortable, nice and super clean. The park was at walking distance, restaurant, bakery and caffe bars withing 10 minutes walk. Beautiful colonial style hotel! Love it!

Customer service, at check in, front desk clerk accommodate us, we arrive at 9:30 in the morning, find us a room, we paid a small amount extra . The property is well kept, the public restrooms immaculate. The room as we enter had a card on the bed with a fancy packed chocolate. Water and coffee was provided. Tha bathroom amenities had a fresh and clean scent, it was clean. Breakfast was top notch. Service was exceptional, the young server was very attentive. Dinner was a little bit different. The food was excellent. Very poor service, slow, we were the o ly ones in the entire dining room. Even though the server wasn’t interested on providing attention to us. The parking area very safe, the parking attendant was attentive and very helpful. I like the location, it wasn’t to Fay from the historic area,

Aside from the room surpassing our expectations, the staff were the best. The receptionist helped us with transportation and the server at the restaurant was super attentive and the food was amazing. Last but not least the bartender makes the best cocktails. The hotel overall was the best out of all the ones we stayed at. They gave us vouchers for complimentary drinks. The area was in the middle of everything and the inside of it was beautiful. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, I wish I could have extended my visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service. The location felt very safe, with many small stores and charming cafés nearby. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance throughout, and the restaurant served excellent food. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area :)❤️

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was fantastic and the bed inviting. However, their bed pillows were overly firm and large. They contributed to the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Staff is great, they do always that extra to help you. Rooms are incredibly spacious, breakfast was soooo good, it is definitely a gem hidden in the beautiful Quetzaltenango. My wife and daughter love the place. I will return soon for sure.
