"2-3 star hotel at best. The 5 star is misleading and somewhat false advertising. There is nothing 5 star about the hotel, rooms or experience. Curtains are NOT black out, rooms are NOT soundproofed. Cheap amenities, shower head is a basic handheld. You are provided 2 thin towels. Expect stains. The “king size” bed is the ol 2 single beds mushed together and NOT an actual king size bed. If you want late checkout expect to pay $50 per hour but then get woken by bangs on the door from housekeeping...

"Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure."

"Loved the location. Great walk to harbour town and dublin docks. And not too long of a drive to theme parks or surfers paradise. Perfect size for large family. Down side was not enough stuff to keep maintain cleanliness for example the dishwasher wasn't working, vacuum wouldn't suck so had to sweep, wifi was pretty average and the TV kept loading when put a movie on for kids to wind down. "We were given a room right next to the pool on level 1. From 6am we had children screaming around the pool area which woke us up, and this carried on for the entire duration of the day. From 4:30pm there was live music so loud it felt like it was in our room. After the music ended it was back to noise from the pool.
