"Lovely and clean , easy to find , car parking was easy enough after Hayley showed us the way around the back, room was so comfy, we had a separate bathroom , so husband got confused and got a little lost, but easy sorted. Breakfast you were spoilt for choice absolutely amazing. Thank you Hayley for sorting the single to a double bedroom without hassle . Definitely would recommend. "

"Fantastic hotel the staff are helpful and friendly it is beautifully decorated and comfortable I have stayed there a few times now and the service you receive is consistent I can’t praise the staff enough for their care of the guests. The only very minor issue I had was some dust on the floor of the wardrobe that I accidentally dropped my top onto and it got dusty. The breakfast is absolutely delicious especially the eggs Benedict. There is a plenty of choice and excellent service."

"We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. "This was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and our room was excellent.
