"When we got to the property the person on staff was so helpful and kind and courteous. He was the most courteous person I've experienced in the past couple years at different hotels. I don't know his name but it was on Sunday October 25th in the evening. And then in the morning at 4:00 a.m. October 26th the person on staff was equally as kind and courteous and helpful. If I come back in that area I will come back this hotel it was clean and very comfortable and a beautiful view from the 6th...

"Great hotel with easy access to JFK Airport, but rooms aren't very well soundproofed so noise from outside leaks in easily."
