Best Luxury Hotels in Québec City

"Common spaces like stairs floors and walls were filthy dirty…acces to the garage as well. The roms showed an aparent make up but still lamps broken, moisture on shower’s corners, stairs’s door doesn’t even closed properly, very noisy corridors , back and forth groups of young children’s teams running up to midnight….the hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures "

"The young man at concierge was very sweet and professional. The location was awesome, but hotel a bit dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was ripped and the blanket on it had a hole in it. Bathroom walls dirty. When you walk in it smells awful...guy at dedknsaid it was the pool, but smelled nothing like chlorine and more like trash. Everything was a little dusty. Would not stay there again."

"Le plancher de notre était sale avec des traces soit d'eau ou quelques choses qui avait couler à notre arriver. La toilette etait décrocher dans le réservoir et le bain tourbillons de la piscine etait en rénovation chose que j'aurais aimé être avertisnavant notre arrivé. Je comprend qu'ils ne viennent pas faire le ménage mais 3 dodos et aucun refill de café de papier de toilette le minimum de base."
