The staff was very welcoming & helpful. The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. The wifi was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you like nature since it’s surrounded by mountains & it’s on a lake.
We did not have enough time to experience all this beautiful property has to offer. The staff were incredibly helpful and eager to switch to English when they found out how terrible our French language skills are! They laughed along with us. Great food in the dining room for dinner!
A nice big room with a sofa, bed and bar fridge. The amenities were nice to enjoy (lake dock with seats, water sport rentals, pool/spa area, small workout area, and the especially mini golf). We had a car and enjoyed driving around the lake community as well as to neighbouring communities. We bought some groceries for breakfasts and lunches, but did enjoy the on site restaurant for a dinner.
We had a very pleasant 4-day stay at Manoir du Lac Delage. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful and peaceful. Our room had a lake view, which was amazing. We really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the hot tubs, and the sauna. The outdoor pool and hot tub especially had a beautiful view. Dinner was good as well.
A couple of minor issues: the breakfast quality was fairly average, and when we requested room cleaning, we expected items like cups and shampoo to be replenished, but they weren’t. However, the staff quickly provided them when we asked.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The staff was incredibly accommodating, the massage therapists were better than any massage I ever had (completely in tune with how muscles connect and tension is released). They had amenities not even mentioned on the Expedia page (dry sauna overlooking the lake) and a hammam (steam room). The booking comes with a free hour of kayak or paddle every day and overall, one of the chillest few days we’ve had in a long time. Scenic morning views over the lake and the staff kept mentioning the Sunday brunch (was absolutely worth it) plus it’s only a short 25mins from Quebec City so we go to go sightseeing as well as feeling like a return to a little resort. Definitely worth it for families, groups of friends or couples (like us).
I will return especially for the spa experience. The receptionists were so sweet and so was the spa staff and the waitress in the restaurant. I had a great time overall. The only exception was the pub staff. The waitress who was bringing me dessert was talking with someone and dropped a dish of fruit compote on me and my dress on my birthday. My dress was ruined and I could not take pictures on my special day because I only traveled with one dress. The pub manager did not come to say anything to me. The customer service and friendliness of the pub staff could be improved.
Clean rooms and friendly staff. great pool, indoor sauna and steam room. Beautiful outdoor hot tubs, sauna and cold plunge.

The site itself was nice. We played mini putt, went swimming indoors and outdoors, enjoyed sitting by a fire, and played ping pong.
Our room, however, wasn't nice. The A/C was broken and there was condensation in our room. All of our clothes and sheets felt wet. The bathroom was dirty and the towels had hair in them. The room gave us the ick.
Hotel is in a peaceful location. It is dated. Would have been new 15-20 years ago. Restaurant was very good and nice deck area looking over the lake. It's a 3.25 to 3.50 star hotel. Not a 4 star. Lots of kids and family, which is great, but not a quiet getaway.
Everything was great, enjoyed the pool and sauna. Only downside was the weather. Definitely coming back in the summer for some biking and kayaking.

It’s a great place for a getaway, especially if you plan to go riding at Empire 47, it’s just a ride across the street.
Our room was partly renovated, but the bathroom was dated.
The docks could be in better shape. They are just for sitting, you can’t jump off the docks.
It’s nice you can use the water sport equipment with your stay, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes.
People were swimming too.
Mini putt and games room for the kids and indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs and a sauna, pretty nice.
No elevators for those on upper levels, make sure you can manage your luggage.
There was a wedding there outside while we were there, it would be great for that!

Broken steam sauna; cold as ice inside pool, the hunt for towels, the pillows are huge so kids and neck pain adults bring your own. Renos happening in one part of the hotel. They forgot to puts coffee pods in our room. Kids didn’t like the supper menu at the hotel restaurant.
The front desk staff was amazing. We got rained out, so couldn’t try all the outside activities but definitely seemed very fun and plenty of choices. Great mattresses.
Start of the season so I think the little kinks just need to be worked out.
Kids had a blast and the concept is very family friendly. The other guests were very pleasant to be around. Respectful vibe in the resort.
Bonus, wildlife present so it just added to the woods and lake atmosphere.

The facility as a whole was very beautiful with the lake and location. Room was clean and a great size. The only negative was that the hotel was loud and walls thin. The TV next door and talking could be heard through the walls easily and there were constant people talking in the hallway. It was a busy weekend though and a wedding taking place so lots of people. We didn’t mind too much. But keep it in mind if you are looking for quiet. It may be a distraction for you.
Everything was great during our stay, from the clean property to the excellent service. The absolute highlight was the Sunday buffet, which completely blew us away and went way beyond our expectations. Definitely make time for it if you visit!
