this hotel has the best view of the best part of Qingdao city. It is located cross from the famous beach. Guests can see sunrise, seagulls, maintain and the city scape from their windows. The subway and bus stations are less than 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor. The staff is hospitable. The building is old, yet room is clean and equipped with all necessities.

There were problems with the toilet and the power in the room. These problems were, however, resolved within an hour of each incident. Revolving restaurant was impressive because of the views.

It’s right cross street to the No. 1 beach. Located in the city and close to scenic tourist spots. The hotel is old. Better to book the sea view executive room which has a balcony. The revolving dining room on the top of the building is very nice and fantastic view. We went there for both breakfast and lunch. There are many options for lunch. Very few options for breakfast. It’s better to go there for lunch and enjoy the view

괜찮아요

우선 이곳은 관광보다 바다로 놀 계획이 있으신 분이 가시면 좋을 것 같아요 그리고 숙소가 전체적으로 습한느낌..? 욕실도 좀 습해서 씻으면 수건들이 축축까지 아니어도 좀 물기를 제대로 닦지 못한 느낌... 그래도 숙소 상태는 괜찮았어요

部屋は目の前に綺麗な海岸が広がる最高の立地で 2Fでしたが部屋の中に数段の階段があり そこを下りたフロアーで海を眺めるのは最高でした｡ また朝食は隣の建物の25階でしたがフロアは回転式展望レストランで どの席に座ってもゆっくり朝食をとっているあいだにホテルの海側から山側まで全景を見渡せることが出来 最高の眺めに驚きました｡ ただ､たまたま隣の部屋のお客さんが大声を発したり音楽に合わせて(?!)壁をたたくのがうるさく 防音性が気になりました｡

Great hotel at a bargain price

Wonderful experience indeed. It was my second stay within 3 months. I will stay there again next time I visit Qingdao. The indoor swimming pool closed during the Chinese New Year which is the only blemish! Great service, good food at a bargain price. Love the circular restaurant with the bird view of the beautiful beach city, my home town! So proud!

new tower may be better

we were honoured to upgrade to this hotel as the original paid & confirmed hotel had no booking record. we assigned to older building with balcony, very hot with cigarette smoke smell, no AC even before Oct as manager said weather was cool outside. we were told not to open window[no mosquito screen] & could not keep door open so we used 2 fans. manager, supervisor & staffs were trying to help. services good & free breakfast @ revolving top floor restaurant, excellent view of 1st bathing beach etc. close to metro & easy access to attractions.

곰팡이 냄새때문에 에어컨도 못켜는 호텔??

최악의 호텔이었습니다... 이 더운 날씨에 에어컨 틀었더니 곰팡이 냄새때문에 숨을 쉴 수가 없었고~ 객실 케이블에 재떨이가 놓여있는데 금연객실 맞다고 우기고... 담배냄새 곰팡이 냄새 환기시키려고 했는데 문은 못열게 되어있고... 바다조망이라고 비싸게 예약했는데 사이드로 바다조금.... 옆 건물에 다가리고 ㅠㅠ 빨리 뜨고 싶다는 생각뿐~ 하루 더 잤다가는 병걸릴거 같았어요

占据得天独厚地理位置的老旧酒店

王朝对于青岛是地标一样的存在，楼前是第一海水浴场，楼后是汇泉广场中山公园，左右两侧分别是八大关和小鱼山水族馆鲁迅公园，红瓦绿树碧海蓝天的美景尽收眼底，最大的亮点是25层旋转餐厅的早餐，老城美景360度呈现。但无奈美人迟暮，房间的格局无法改变只有25平，卫生间打开门直接靠上马桶边，阳台的墙面斑驳开裂，走廊低矮昏暗，装修处处是上个世纪的华丽。这么得天独厚的位置，实在是有点惋惜。

Reasonably priced Chinese 5-star hotel

When you stay in China, it is hard to expect from non-Western brand name hotels to satisfy international standards. This is why my expectations were not too high. My stay overall was very good and I cannot really complain. The location is great, the view from my room was nice (some other rooms must have great view), the breakfast was OK (very good if you like Chinese food, but Western food was just acceptable).
