"I enjoyed staying here as it was so close with the transpo and staff are all nice"

"During my stay we moved rooms three times, the first room… the air conditioning sparked and broke. It was +30. The second room, the bed was covered in pee.. there was old receipts, a used bandaid and nail clippings/crumbs in the couch. Old eyelash clusters left in the bathroom sink. We complained, they “upgraded” us to a room with functional air conditioning but this room had bugs crawling everywhere, and the mattress and bed was also covered in multiple urine stains. I would not recommend this...

"The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The property has parking for a fee, that was very helpful since there is no street parking in the area. The hotel is basic nothing fancy, but its location is excellent. Close to public transportation and walking distance to many areas of the city. There were lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance."

"Clean bed and bathroom. Once you’re inside the hotel it is fine, but the neighborhood is terrible. There drug distribution center close by. Don’t expect to walk around to explore. Take your uber and go. Place is ok for a short stay. I wasn’t expecting much and they delivered what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to downtown core. Just reasonable price in the crazy hotel market of Toronto. I would stay again if needed."

"As a Torontonian, I rarely stay in downtown accommodations, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. The location at Ice Condos was absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of everything we needed. "Super clean, perfect spot in the city!!!"

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"Property and rooms were clean; beds were comfortable. Parking was not the most convenient with the garage off to the side, but not a big deal with the loading zone in front of entrance."

"This was our second time staying here. It is a great base with easy location to highways if driving and public transport for those who don’t want to drive. Onsite laundry, breakfast in the mornings. It really is a home away from home. We love the social events and will be back again when we next come to Toronto."

"Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good...
