The second room, the bed was covered in pee.. there was old receipts, a used bandaid and nail clippings/crumbs in the couch. Old eyelash clusters left in the bathroom sink. We complained, they “upgraded” us to a room with functional air conditioning but this room had bugs crawling everywhere, and the mattress and bed was also covered in multiple urine stains. I would not recommend this...

"Just outside City of Toronto. Very convenient from the roads but not much public transport nearby. Good sized sitting room and bedroom and large shower and walk in closet. All amenities work including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Fifteen minutes walk to mall with two supermarkets and plenty of Hong Kong style Chinese and Western restaurants and a Costco. Good air conditioning a must for summer. Shower power a bit low. Very helpful staff and smiling greetings every time everywhere. Small pool...

"I've stayed at similar hotels in this area and this one is one of the better ones. The hotel itself is a bit dated but clean. The staff was very friendly. We checked-in in the evening so there wasn't a line. The staff was on the phone so we waited a little while but that's ok. As long as it is clean and comfortable that's the most important thing. "This was our second time staying here. It is a great base with easy location to highways if driving and public transport for those who don’t want to drive. Onsite laundry, breakfast in the mornings. It really is a home away from home. We love the social events and will be back again when we next come to Toronto."

"Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away"
