"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"Walking distance to several train stations, Tokyo Dome and restaurants. Onsen was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful. We wanted our luggage transferred to our next hotel and the staff directed us to the Family Mart accross the street. However, the transfer form was in Japanese so the staff filled it out for us. Great service! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. "

They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had. "Great location thays convenient to stations, restaurants, kobinis, and etc. A bit too close to train track and highway so can be a bit loud. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Rooms were clean and have great layout, could be a bit bigger but overall great hotel"
