"I didn't end up staying at the accommodation. The listing on Expedia and the name of the room made it sound like this room was in a multi-unit hotel type accommodation. "Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Wonderful old Victorian home, reflective of late 1800s Philadelphia. Well maintained although obviously an old home. Very comfortable, clean, relaxing and peaceful. Gracious hosts who also provide a really tasty breakfast and access to tea, coffee, microwave, fridge etc. Everything you need for a getaway weekend in Philadelphia. Great experience!"

"It was a lovely stay at a great location for our purposes in this visit to Philadelphia. The proximity of the beginning of the SEPTA 48 bus route to the hotel was a perfect gateway to our sightseeing without a car. The only disappointment was the absence of a fully accessible entry to the hotel (i.e. no ramp to the entry door). There were only four steps, but with my compromised leg strength and balance, I had to struggle to move from the sidewalk into the lobby."
