"Staff was friendly, but there was.construction in the room.above us at 7am (too earlyfor Sunday), the vending machines were out on 4 different floors. They made a mistake in the parking that I had already paid for. Would not stay here again"

"I have stayed at my fair share of Holiday Inn by IHG and I have found them to really good so I try to find one when Im out going out of town but this has to be the worst one. Booked our stay for 3 nights and added breakfast for an up charge for 2 day. We didn’t even eat at the restaurant the second morning because of the service. Service was bad for there only being 5 people in the. Server forgot things we ordered and just never brought them out. The Couple next to use ordered omelets with everything and only got onions. When they brought it up to the server he argued with the couple. We had dirty towels in the room and found ants on the night stand the night before we checked out. When I brought it up to the guy at the front desk Zulua?? He didn’t seem phased by it nor offended an apology. Lastly the fire alarm when off at 7:30 am for about 30 seconds followed by the sirens of a fire truck. So much for sleeping in. "

"We forgot to book a place to stay while visiting the area for a sports tournament. We needed up booking here last minute. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean! Will stay here again if we are in the area. Breakfast was very well!"

"Nothing impressive to make it worth the price. The staff were not very friendly. The rooms weren’t amazing. It’s very noisy from all the firetrucks and everything downtown. The walls are not very thick as we were able to hear the baby crying in the room next to us all night. Honestly, for this price, there were a lot of better options out there. The stay was just OK."
