"TV did not work from 8p Friday night until 10a Saturday morning. Air conditioner made a loud noise throughout the night making it hard to sleep and did not work when it was on. Guest services blatantly ignored my request for towels twice."

"The pillows in the rooms were very hard and so was the bed. In the pool area there where not enough towels for people and it seemed very cold for a indoor pool. "
