"Great hotel in a great location! Loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor patio with fireplace. Easy access to downtown Asheville, the WNC Nature Center, and the Biltmore. Grubhub delivers. Comfy beds, good breakfast, wonderful staff!"

"Our room was updated and very clean. The kids loved the pool and breakfast was great every day. There were a lot of options for breakfast and the staff running breakfast made sure everything was refilled and clean. The staff came in and refreshed our room about halfway through our stay and it was great. We travelled with our dog as well and the dog area was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and ready to help in any way needed. This is a great hotel!"

"The front desk was very accommodating with our need for a room close to handicap parking. I forgot my overnight bag and he was very helpful with supplies. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. Cons: A few small roaches, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We will come again. Thank you"
